Our in-house gemstone cutting workshop, which was founded in Idar-Oberstein in 1964 and still exists today, provides the ideal basis for all our jewelry creations. Like no other jeweler, we are able to fulfill your wishes completely, from the raw gemstone to the individual design to the finished piece of jewelry. Nothing is impossible!
Now in its third generation, our jewelry goldsmiths offer you the finest craftsmanship “Made in Germany”. This is unparalleled in quality and always at the best prices. Together, we discuss each piece of jewelry with you individually in the first step and always take the time necessary to do so. After jointly developing the design idea and selecting the materials, such as fine metal, gemstones, diamonds, etc., our design team will then create a 3D model. We will look at the images and animations together. Only when you are satisfied with everything will we begin the manufacturing process. You can't get more individual than that. Not only will you fulfill a very personal heart's desire, but you will also receive a unique piece that will last forever. A piece of jewelry that was made just for you and that no one else has.

At our gemstone cutting and wholesale business, M.Y. Gilardy, which has been operating in Idar-Oberstein since 1964, we cut all the gemstones for GILARDY jewelry ourselves. This means that we offer a wide selection of colored gemstones and diamonds. Special shapes and cuts are also available to suit your individual requirements. We mainly use aquamarine, tourmaline, amethyst, blue topaz, citrine, diamonds/brilliant-cut diamonds, garnet, moonstone, peridot, smoky quartz, rose quartz, tanzanite, ruby, sapphire, and emerald. However, we also source any other gemstones, including exotic ones, from the trading centers and gemstone markets around the world.
WORKSHOP
In our gold and platinum workshop, we craft all GILARDY jewelry ourselves using the finest handiwork. Our design team is also happy to realize your personal, individual jewelry wishes. We are also happy to carry out alterations and repairs to high-quality gold or platinum jewelry for you.
